303878_9733The Substance Free Living service priority for Catholic Charities of Steuben works to reduce the prevalence of substance abuse and its negative consequences in the communities it serves.

Prevention Services build public awareness and knowledge about substance abuse and its consequences, while working directly with young people to build their capacities for avoiding substance abuse.

Residential Services reduce homelessness while building skills among participants to maintain substance free living.
