Did you know that if you have no will or trust, state laws will determine who will inherit your assets at your death? To be sure your inheritance is distributed as you wish, it is a good idea to update your estate planning documents.

Including a charitable gift to Catholic Charities Steuben County will ensure that your legacy of support for our work continues beyond your physical lifetime and that you will provide Hope that Lasts. For purposes of estate taxation, there is no limitation to the size of a charitable gift that you may give at the time of your death. No matter how large, the gift is deductible for estate tax purposes.
