Case Manager

Catholic Charities, Turning Point seeks full-time Case Manager for our Homeless Intervention Program.  Primary responsibility: to assist vulnerable individuals facing homelessness in attaining long-term housing stability through case management services, crisis intervention, referrals to support services, and advocacy.

Requirements: Associates degree, one year of case management experience or two years experience dealing with the provision of human services, understanding of trends in rural homelessness, and knowledge of community resources within Steuben County.  Applicant must have a valid NYS driver's license.
