Mission Statement
Our mission is to help build communities
that care for all people by working to reduce poverty,
promote healthy individual and family life, and advocate
for social justice.
Our Core Values
Catholic Charities is grounded in
the social teachings of our faith.
Each day workers live these values
by respecting others and accepting all persons for their
unique gifts, circumstances and needs; believing in
the inherent worth and sacredness of each person.
We build integrity by seeking to affect
wholeness in all our relationships – individually
and organizationally and by keeping our word, and being
faithful to those we serve.
As a social service provider, we offer
our services in a compassionate and comforting manner.
The warmth of our hospitality welcomes
all, especially those most vulnerable and in need, to
an environment of dignity, safety and a sense of being
“at home”.
In our work we strive for excellence, consistently aiming
to achieve highest quality outcomes while striving for
innovation, collaboration and continuous quality improvement.
Finally, as good stewards we utilize
our human, material, and financial resources in a responsible
and accountable manner.
We are called to respond to our neighbors
in need. We answer this call by providing charitable
services, focusing on the poor and the vulnerable of
all faiths, and honoring the dignity of every human
person from conception to natural death
